Honorable Mention(s): Paul Nelson (Carpinteria Knights) The Knights needed all three of Nelson's game wins to hold off a furious Nuggets comeback. Paul added a table run also, and his 35 points moved him back into the top-15 in 'A' Division. Ed Guzman / Ismael Huerta (Moose Lodge 2) Ed and Ismael combined for six wins as the Moose avenged their week 4 loss to Cliff Room. Bobby Selner (Mel's Lounge 1) Selner had 3 of his team's 4 game wins. He ended his first win with four straight bank shots. Mike Rys / Jeff Azevedo / Brent Boone / Robert Rosa (Don Q's Dragons) With three wins each, Mike, Jeff, Brent, and Robert proved that Otters are no match for Dragons. Dash Shourt / Eric Romero (Carp & Linden Pub 2) Dash went 3-for-3 in his first action in almost two years. Eric joined Dash in the three-win circle, and together they helped suppress the Cartel. Steve Moreno / Damian Rebman / Al Vafa (Don Q's Slow Start) Steve, Damian, and Al all had three-win nights. Rebman added his league-leading 13th table run, which gave him sole possession of 1st place in 'A' Division. Matt Carr / Stephen Bluett (Don Q's Sharks) Carr and Bluett combined for six wins as the Sharks gobbled up the Frogs. Leana Finley (Sportsman 1) Finley joined teammate and Player-of-the-Week Bob McLean in the three-win circle. Luis Hernandez / Gerardo Guerrero (Moosekateers) Luis and Gerardo both went 3-for-3 to help the Moosekateers pound the Misfits. Luis added his third table run of the season. Brandon Teris / Jim Holloway / Ed Drayton (Don Q's 1) Brandon, Jim, and Ed combined for nine game wins in the Don Q's 11-4 victory over the Tainted Nuns. Teris also had a table run and a break 'n run, and his 45 points moved him into the top-5 of 'A' Division. Steve Myers (Break Time TBD) TBD blew a 5-2 lead against Nuts & Honey, but it wasn't Steve's fault. Myers recorded his seventh three-win match of the season. Jeremy Warner / Reno King (Don Q's Badgers) Boss Warner and King Reno were the only Badgers to win games in the final two frames, but their six combined wins were just enough to defeat the Moose. Harry Peltz / George Guerrero (Break Time Warriors) Harry had a three-win, one break-and-run night to lead the Warriors to their league-leading 16th victory. George joined Harry in the three-win circle. Eric Kaiser / Barnaby Draper / Bo Criss (Uptown Lounge 1) With three wins each, Eric, Barnaby, and Bo powered Uptown to a convincing 13-2 victory against the Snakes. | ||
