Terry Howell / Jim Holloway (Don Q's 1) Terry and Jim combined for six wins to lift Don Q's 1 to victory, moving them up to 4th place in 'B' Division. Covarrubias / Shillington / Atkins (Don Q's 2) Albert, Brian, and Chris each were 3-for-3 in 2nd place Don Q's eighth win of the season. Jay Younger (Old Town 1) Jay had three wins and his first break-and-run in almost two-and-a-half years to lead his squad to victory, snapping Bak Dor 2's three-match win streak. Alfonso Lazaro / Ismael Huerta (Cliff Room 2) Both Alfonso and Ismael had three wins and a table run. Ismael moved into a tie for 1st place, and all five Cliff Room 2 players are now in the top 8 in 'B' Division. Bo Criss (Bak Dor 1) Bo had two wins against mighty Cliff Room 2, but it was his first win of the night that was special; it was the first time this season that anyone defeated J.P. Ramirez. Barnaby Draper (Brewco Lounge 2) Barnaby's three wins were key in Brewco's upset victory at Sportsman 2. Chris Ackler / Pete Conover (Sportsman 1) The Ripper and Pistol Pete combined for six wins in Sportsman's romp on the Mesa. Debbie Beach / Kenny Calimpong (Cliff Room 4) Debbie and Kenny both had three wins in Cliff Room's victory. Debbie now sits atop the Women's rankings. Tanya Topinko (Brewco Lounge 1) Though her team lost, Tanya had a perfect 3-for-3 night (her first three-win night in over 5 months), moving her into the top-3 of the Women's rankings. Chuy Martinez (Moose Lodge 2) Chuy's three wins were the difference in Moose Lodge's narrow 8-7 victory that snapped a three-match losing streak. Martin Ramirez (Old Town 2) Martin had three wins to power Old Town to their first victory of the season. Juan Manzo (Cliff Room 1) Juan had three wins including the clincher in Cliff Room's dramatic victory over then #1 Break Time 4. Juan's full-table kick shot (with massive english) on the 8-ball in the clinching match was a thing of beauty. Gerardo Guerrero (Moose Lodge 1) Gerardo was a solid 3-for-3 in the Moose's 9-6 upset win at Endless Summer. Jeff Azevedo / Mike Rys (Don Q's 4) Jeff and Mike combined for six wins to keep Don Q's undefeated and move them back into 1st place in 'A' Division. | |
