Chris Ackler (Sportsman 1) The Ripper had three wins and his third straight week with a break-and-run, leading the league in that category. George Guerrero (Cliff Room 1) George, who has been struggling this season, had a very nice night; three wins and a table run. Brent Boone / Steve Myers (Don Q's 4) Both Brent and Steve conquered the difficult conditions at Endless Summer; each won three games with a break-and-run. Gene Manriquez (Moose Lodge 2) Gene ran his current winning streak to six games, powering the undefeated Moose to victory. Tony Allred (Don Q's 3) With a successful full-table kick shot on the 8-ball in the hill-hill game, Tony completed his perfect 3-for-3 night and gave Don Q's 3 their second straight win. Alfonso Lazaro / Ismael Huerta (Cliff Room 2) Alfonso and Ismael combined for 75 points; six wins, a table run, and a break 'n run. Anthony Saenz (Sportsman 2) Old Town 1 gave 2nd place Sportsman 2 all they could handle, but three wins by captain Anthony kept his team on course towards their fourth straight win. Jim Holloway / Tom Gallagher (Don Q's 1) Both Jim and Tom had three wins with a table run in Don Q's 12-3 victory. Albert Covarrubias / Ken Hilton (Don Q's 2) Albert and Ken combined for six wins to defeat a tough Monty's squad and keep Don Q's tightly packed amongst the leaders. | |
