Players of the Week for October 28, 2014
Adriana Balanda and Rachel Johnson (Sportsman Nuggets)
For the second straight week, four women had three-win weeks.   Adriana and Rachel were two of those women (see Leana and Debbie below).   Balanda and Johnson's combined six wins powered the Sportsman Nuggets to their first victory of the season.   Currently half of the league's women have .500 or better records, and six women are in the top-20 of their division.

Honorable Mention(s):

Jose Garcia (Moose Lodge 3)
Jose's third win came in the hill-hill game and it thwarted a ferocious come-from-behind charge by Carp 1.

Kez Gillatt / Jon Hernandez (Break Time Bandits)
Kez and Jon combined for six wins to help lift the Bandits to their second consecutive victory.   Hernandez ended his night with his first break 'n run of the season.

Debbie Beach / Phil Beach (Break Time 3)
Phil and Debbie paired up for three wins each in a Break Time victory at Old Town.   Phil's second round break-and-run moved him up into a tie for 2nd place in 'A' Division.

Brent Boone / Robert Rosa (Don Q's Dragons)
Brent extended his lead in 'A' Division to 15 points after he rolled in three wins and a table run.   Robert improved to 7-2 with his three wins.

Chris Ackler / Leana Finley / Jim Steele (Sportsman 1)
Chris, Leana, and Jim all went 3-for-3 in a huge Sportsman victory that moved them into 2nd place in 'B' Division.   Ackler improved to 9-0 and ended the match with his first table run of the season.

Edmundo Burquez / Ismael Huerta / Alfonso Lazaro (Moose Lodge 2)
Mundo, Ismael, and Alfonso all won three games in a 13-2 bombing of Carp & Linden Pub 2.   Ismael ended his night with his first table run of the season, and Alfonso is one of five undefeated players in the league.

Jeremy Warner / Sean O'Brien / Reno King (Don Q's Badgers)
Jeremy, Sean, and Reno combined for nine wins at home in a 13-2 victory over Break Time.   Sean added his first break 'n run of the season.

Brian Shillington (Don Q's 1)
Brian's first three-win performance of the season helped Don Q's overcome a 6-3 deficit and defeat visiting Uptown Lounge.

Al Vafa / Steve Moreno / Damian Rebman / Jeremy Tessmer (Don Q's Slow Start)
Al, Steve, Damian, and Jeremy were all 3-for-3 for the 'B' Division leaders.   Tessmer and Moreno both improved to 9-0.   Rebman had a break-and-run and Vafa had a table run.

Brendan Mackey (Don Q's Fab 5)
The Fab 4 needed all three of Brendan's wins to topple a tenacious Cliff Room squad.

Mario Reyes (Moose Lodge 1)
Mario had his third straight 3-0 week, moving him to 9-0 on the season.

Tyler Rosenow (Cliff Room .08)
Tyler's first three-win night of the season enabled Cliff Room to push the Fab 5 to the limit.
